Pistachio Cream Cold Brew
- 1 tbsp of Sugar Free Pistachio Syrup
- 1 tbsp of Sugar Free Simple Syrup
- 2 cups of cold brew
- 2 tbsp of 2% Milk
- 1 tbsp of heavy whipped cream
- Ice
- In large cup, mix cold brew and simple syrup. Add ice. In separate shallow bowl, mix milk, heavy whipping cream and Sugar Free Pistachio Syrup. Mix or use a hand-held frother until frothy. Add to cold brew and enjoy!

Having diabetes I prefer not to use sugar and powdered sweeteners have maltodextrin which can raise blood glucose so was thrilled to find Simple Syrup. I make a variety of iced herbal teas and don't want to add additional flavors. Eight pumps into a half gallon of iced tea is the perfect amount.
