Alternatives to Soda!
Soda... full of sugar... A large soda will have you awake for hours... I could go one about why I hate soda. I wont lie while I have a list of why I hate soda I was ADDICTED to it. I could easily consume 2-3 cans a day without blinking. Not only would I consume all of this soda but my kids would watch me and throw a fit when they couldnt have any. The worst part is I am not the mom to keep soda at home because I dont want my kids to have access to it. This means i was spending around $5 a day on Soda. That seems like nothing but that $35 a week , $140 a month, it adds up! I started searching for alternatives to soda and I found a few great alternatives! Not only is it super simple but these help keep me hydrated. My kids always go mom, can I have a soda, and now I can say yes!

This one is one of my favorites! My kids get sick easily so make sure you fit in this for the extra immunity!
