5 Dry January Mocktails

If you’re participating in dry January, you’re going to experience a few struggles. One being that your body is going to crave something sweet, cutting out alcohol cuts out quite a bit of sugar and your body is still going to crave it. If you’re like us, the only sugar you want to ingest is the sugar that’s in alcohol. Luckily, we have 5 sugar free mocktails to get you through dry January! Bonus, once it’s over you can use these same recipes just add your favorite liquor! You know we will :)
The secret to getting through this is soda water, no not vodka soda, soda water! It’s the best base for mocktails & the bubbles make you feel like you’re drinking champagne…use your imagination. 

Cherry Limeade

  • 1 cup of soda water or diet sprite
  • 1 fresh lime wedge 
  • 1-2 TBSP Sugar Free Cherry Syrup


Pour all ingredients over ice, squeeze lime wedge, stir & enjoy!

Mermaid Water

  • 1 cup of sparkling or still water
  • 1 fresh lime or lemon wedge 
  • 1-2 TBSP Sugar Free Mermaid Syrup

Pour all ingredients over ice, squeeze lime or lemon wedge, stir & enjoy!

Mojito

Skinny Virgin Mojito Ingredients

  • 1 lime, cut in wedges
  • 6-8 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 sturdy glass or jar
  • A fruit muddler
  • 8 oz water
  • Ice
  • 1-2 TBSP Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup

Caramel Apple Italian Soda

 

  • 1 tbsp Sugar Free Candy Apple Syrup

  • 1 tbsp Sugar Free Caramel Syrup

  • 8 oz sparkling water

  • 2 oz heavy cream

  • 2/3 cup ice

Pour all ingredients into a glass and stir. Enjoy!

Blueberry Lemon Floral Blast

In a large glass, combine 1 TSP Sugar Free Blueberry Lavender Syrup and  1 TSP Sugar Free Lemon Elderflower Syrup with 1 1/2 cups of iced tea. Add ice. Stir and add flower petals for garnish. Enjoy!
