Baking with Jordan
Skinny Mixes aren't only mixed into coffee and cocktails… did you know they can be mixed in with baking ingredients as well? Substitute for vanilla extract, add a little flavor, or even use it as a topping! There are so many different ways you can use Skinny Mixes in baking. Jordan decided to take a day to show off her favorite ways to bake!
Jordan and her daughters love to make cookies, but Jordan has had a tough time finding a tasty sugar free frosting. Because of that, Jordan took it to herself to make her own sugar free frosting. Just add 2 tablespoons of Skinny Syrup to a mixing bowl along with 1/2 cup of room temperature butter, 1 cup of swerve confectioners and 2 tablespoons milk of choice. Mix until creamy, and frost your cookies, muffins, cake, or whatever else you please!
