After School Favorites
Are your kids hungry when the school day is done? Try some of these delicious treats that are healthy and kid-approved!
1 PB&J Smoothie
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 pumps of Sugar Free Peanut Butter Syrup
- 1 Banana
- 4 Strawberries
- Handful of Frozen Blueberries
- Handful of Spinach
- Choice of Unsweetened Milk
DIRECTIONS:
- Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend for 30 - 45 seconds. Once ingredients are fully blended, pour into a glass and serve.
FEATURED SYRUPS:
2 Cake Batter Yogurt
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 pumps of Sugar Free Birthday Cake Syrup
- 1 cup of No Added Sugar Plain Yogurt
- Mixed Berries
- Granola
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix Sugar Free Birthday Cake Syrup into yogurt. Top with mixed berries, granola, and (optional) sprinkles for some added fun!
FEATURED SYRUPS:
3 Banana Split Bites
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 pumps of Sugar Free Caramel Fudge Waffle Cone
- 1 cup of No Sugar Added Yogurt
- 1 Banana Chopped
DIRECTIONS:
- In a bowl, combine Sugar Free Caramel Fudge Waffle Cone and yogurt. Chop your banana and dip in your bowl with yogurt and syrup combined. Place each dipped banana on a plate and freeze for an hour. Enjoy!
FEATURED SYRUPS:
4 S'mores Chia Pudding
INGREDIENTS
- 2 pumps of Sugar Free S'mores Syrup
- 2 tablespoons of Chia Seeds
- Half cup of Choice of Milk
DIRECTIONS
- Stir Chia Seeds and Milk together well. Let the pudding settle and then mix again. Add your Sugar Free S'mores Syrup and stir once more. Place in freezer for about two hours and serve.
