Guilt Free Cookie Dough

Ever just want to eat the cookie dough straight out of the bowl? With this recipe, you can!

Ingredients

  • 1 can of Chickpeas
  • 2 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 2 tbsp Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 2 TBSP Sugar Free Cinnamon Vanilla Syrup
  • 3 Pinches of Pink Sea Salt
  • 2 Tsp of Vanilla Extract
  • Chopped truffles or chocolate chips

How-To

Drain and rinse chickpeas, dry off in a paper towel. Add chickpeas, peanut butter, almond milk, salt, Skinny Syrup and vanilla to a food processor. Blend until creamy. Fold in the truffles or chocolate chips. Chill or serve immediately.
